Deann was 78 when COVID-19 first started and although she is retired, she was still impacted in many ways from the virus.
The virus has caused her to stop leaving the house due to fearing COVID-19 which caused her to stop going out with her friends and exercising at the Y where she would swim every week. Despite not getting sick from Covid-19 she has not attended family gatherings or went out with her friends to do anything.
Due to how impactful the virus has been on everyone’s lives she has been staying home due to fearing how it could impact her and those around her if she had caught it even while wearing a mask.
